Continually improves themselves in their craft

Preferably (but not necessarily) has tutoring experience

Holds a Master’s Degree and a current teaching license

Demonstrates a wealth of knowledge and strategies in a concrete-pictorial-abstract progression of cognitive development in order to be able to reach all learners

Is professional and engaging both in-person and in online formats

Demonstrates flexibility and attunement to students in a live lesson demo environment

Works well autonomously, keeping organized records, and follows up with communications in a timely manner.
